I am considering quitting

I am sick of people being complete d*ckheads to me because I dont know as much as they do about shaiya, and I am still a GS. (I have talked with IRA and we are now getting along). Also, people are starting to dislike me because I dont take their side in situations, or because I dont agree with them. Such as when a noob (Who's name will not be said) who took my 4,600 HP Fire ele from GWH, after I instructed him NOT TO. And then he starts a huge flame argument in trade chat about it, saying he didn't do it, when everyone knows he did. Also, I am sick of inactivity. Staff member's inactivity is a HUGE issue. Because they dont bother logging in, I get bombed with questions, constantly. If staff members would be a bit more active, I wouldn't be so busy, therefore causing more player satisfaction. And 3 members and I were selected as [GS]'s, but we have not earned any powers, so I dont know if Jin doesn't want to give us powers, or if he even knows we were selected as [GS]'s. But must of all, we have not earned RESPECT from fellow players. People constantly flame me because they are pissed off with someone else, or in this case, the noob keeps flaming me in trade defending his case. He stole it, end of story. I keep telling him to hush, and that Im done arguing, but he just wont shut up. Im sick of the disrespect! We as [GS]'s represent dedication to our server, and show that we are happy to help, but with this constant lack of respect, it is not making us 100%. Idk about any of the other [GS]'s, or [GM]'s, but it really pisses me off when people are jerks to me for no reason. We love to help, but the way people treat us makes us not so willing. Do people notice why sometimes a [GS] or [GM] wont answer your question immediately? Its because we are busy with the other 50 people asking us questions. We maintain patience while everyone asks the questions, and eventually, we will get to you. But people just flame and expect their question to be answered before everyone elses and it just doesn't work that way! We try and help as quick as we can but flaming us calling us "Dumb asses" or "Ass holes" is unacceptable. It just makes us go slower, which is not a good thing for either of us. If I quit, I will talk to Ian about crowning a new [GS] and I will give my gear to that person. This is just a thought, and it may occur if this constant lack of respect continues. I expect honesty, respect, and patience from you guys, and if you follow my expectations, that is what you get back. Thank you for reading this, and I hope you guys will learn something from it. -.-

Most things I don't agree with, but with this being said.. I completely agree with u Tristan. A reward would be nice, more respect would be nice.. Aswell as power. As well all know some will disagree, but I certainly think Tristan has the big picture..

I apreciate JIN's (NOT COLA'S) reward to me, but I was hoping for something like powers so I can help make the server funner
